When you submit our enquiry form, your details are stored in our Supabase database and made available to authorized Crovio Digital staff through a protected dashboard. We use this information to respond and track your project enquiry.
Website operation
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as an IP address or request log, to operate their services. Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. If you use chat, Tawk.to processes your messages and may collect device information and use cookies to operate the chat service. Fonts and the displayed portfolio images are served with the site.
Who receives your information
We use enquiry information for our business communication. Supabase, Tawk.to, and service providers involved in hosting or email may process information as part of delivering those services. We do not sell enquiry information.
Keeping and updating information
We keep project communications for as long as needed to respond, carry out agreed work, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, subject to any records we need to retain.
