Submitting an enquiry does not book a project or create a payment obligation. We first discuss your needs and provide a scope for you to review.
Scope, timing, and payment
Deliverables, review rounds, timelines, payment milestones, and any third-party costs are set out in your project agreement. Changes to the scope are discussed before additional work proceeds.
Content and materials
Please share only materials you are permitted to use. Your project agreement identifies the files and usage rights included in the handover, along with any third-party licenses that apply.
Portfolio
Portfolio images illustrate design work. Any third-party names or marks shown in that work belong to their respective owners. They do not imply an ongoing partnership or endorsement.
Support and project changes
Post-launch support, cancellation arrangements, and refund terms are defined in your project agreement. Contact us if you need to discuss a change to an active project.
